The customer is a prominent banking and financial services organization in the Asia-Pacific region. The client lacked an internal QA/Testing team to conduct user acceptance testing after major updates in their insurance portal. Additionally, there was a lack of testing documentation, raising concerns about software quality and post-release bug fixing costs. They sought EA Technologies’ assistance to build test cases based on available project documentation and execute end-to-end testing.
Solution:

Phase-1: Test Planning Phase
- Analyzed user stories, functional requirements, and wireframes to understand the application’s scope.
